Joan Mora

Joan Mora is Head of Design at Embat, where he leads the product design team behind the treasury management platform and TellMe, the company's AI assistant. Before Embat, at Toqio, he drove the design function in building a white-label banking platform. Prior to that, at BBVA, he led the design and user experience team for corporate banking, working on treasury products for the bank's large enterprise accounts. Earlier, he was Founding Designer at Exo Investing, an ETF-based robo-advisor launched in the UK. He specializes in B2B fintech product, team leadership and design systems, and currently focuses on integrating AI into the product design process.
