Andri Schrey

Andri Schrey is Country Manager at Embat in Munich. In this role, he is responsible for the company's growth in the region and supports mid-sized and large companies in modernizing their finance and liquidity management processes. He helps consolidate financial data from various sources, providing real-time transparency that enables faster and more informed decisions in a dynamic economic environment.
Before joining Embat, Andri worked at Amazon Web Services, where he advised companies on databases, analytics, and artificial intelligence. There, he helped them replace traditional IT and financial infrastructures with modern, cloud-based architectures. His career began in Iceland as an M&A analyst at Landsbankinn, followed by a position as Sales Manager at Sjóvá.
Andri studied Business Administration and Finance at Reykjavík University and holds two master's degrees: an MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a CEMS Master in Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His focus is on combining financial expertise with technology to help companies build future-ready structures.
